Stroll(er)ing

Joe came up with this brilliant idea. I wish I could take the credit, but I just cannot.

Halfway through our morning walks Hana wants out of the stroller. If I let her out, she wants to push the stroller and she literally pushes it in circles. I wouldn't mind except that I'm trying to get some exercise and this process really slows us down and had become quite a beat down. I told Joe all about it and also told him that I would like for her to be getting exercise at the same time, but walking beside me is another one of those beat downs. Don't get me wrong, we take plenty of walks where she walks by my side, but I need my morning exercise walk! I try to get an hour-long walk in every morning and nowadays she's restless at the thirty-minute mark.

Joe suggested we bring Alice (Formerly known as Baby Doll, she has now been given a name. Hana picked the name Alice out of a verbal list I was gave her. So Alice it is!) along with her stroller and when Hana becomes restless and wants out to walk, she can push Alice's stroller which is just the right size for Hana to push - and we wont' spin in circles!

It worked like a charm. Actually, we surpassed an hour and I was ready to go home but Hana wanted to keep walking with Alice! Talk about a win-win situation!
