When Hana started preschool, Geegaw & Ninny sent her a card with a Build A Bear gift card in it. Always trying not to be too frivolous, I stashed the card with a plan in mind. When Hana stopped sucking her thumb she was rewarded with a big surprise - her very first trip to Build A Bear! There she built Aurora Kitty, which is a pink Hello Kitty she put a Sleeping Beauty (Aurora) dress on. She received $90 in Build A Bear gift cards for Christmas so we ventured to the mall yesterday and built Aurora Kitty a friend.
Meet Flower Crown.
She really likes to rock out to her iPod (that plays 4 songs!). Hana managed to spend all $90 plus $5.26 out of my pocket. On what, you ask? Lots of bows, panties, a pair of pajamas for each, shoes and a dress for Flower Crown, a cupcake because Hana says Flower Crown's birthday is coming soon, a microphone, a pair of glasses, oh, and the iPod. I think that's it!
