Joe & Mom entered the Blackeyed Pea cookoff again this year. More details and pictures of that to come, but for now, feast your eyes upon these delicious pea-quitos.
That's right. Corn tortillas filled with blackeyed peas, cheese and spices, then rolled up and deep fried.
And because he's such a great husband, the deep frying took place outside. Now that's love.
