Is anyone still interested in my recipes? I'm cooking away over here but haven't been putting the recipes on my blog. I've thought a lot about it, but I'm just not sure if anyone even looks at
my recipe blog anymore...or if anyone ever really did, for that matter. These days, I'm cooking a ton out of my Eating Well & Cooking Light cookbook, which I am utterly obsessed with. I have yet to make a recipe from it that wasn't loved. Knock on wood, as Hana Grace would say. Here are a few recent dishes, just to give you an idea:
Flank Steak and Mushrooms over Egg Noodles

Beef Potpie (Served with cottage cheese, as I am a true Clark, Johnson, Rendard...wherever it comes from.)

Red Bell Pepper Frittata

I personally love your recipes, they all look so good and Brad said you were a really good cook. Us zoners need to start eating healthier and loose some of this weight we have been carrying around. So it is up to you, cause I can call and get the recipes from you or get Jennifer to get me the cook book too.

I love seeing what you make and reading the recipe blog!! And if I could EVER find that cookbook again, I'd be buying myself and everyone else one, too!
