A Few News

A new game.

It started out like this:

She grabbed a place mat and found the perfect spot on the floor for it. She then stood her *Dorees up just so atop the place mat and then she laid on the floor in front of her Dorees just-a jibber jabbering away. Then she stood up, said "I stand too, Doree!" And then she began to do this:

She seemed to have Cookie Monster strategically placed so that she kicked him as she ran by, making him talk with every kick.

Her imagination is going wild and I am loving every second of it! I will literally crap my pants if she ever mutters the name "Halla Halla." For those of you who don't know, Halla Halla was my imaginary friend when I was a child. All you Drop Dead Fred (great movie!) fans out there will understand that, according to the movie, imaginary friends are passed from person to person. Once the child outgrows his or her imaginary friend, the imaginary friend goes to a new child. Try to imagine my disbelief if she were to ever speak of Halla Halla! =)

*Dorees: A few of Hana's favorite dolls are hand-me-down Dora the Explorer dolls, whom she calls Doree. For whatever reason, her Strawberry Shortcake doll (shown above with a Dora doll) has also been named Doree.

A new bloody lip.

We have no idea when or how this happened, but she sure likes to show it off.

And yes, she came up with her poe's new home all by herself.
