I found another delicious recipe: Scrambled-Egg pasta. I know, I know. What is it with me and scrambled eggs with Italian food? First scrambled-egg pizza, now scrambled-egg pasta! LOL I found this recipe in this month's issue of Cookie Magazine.
4 eggs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
8 slices thick bacon, chopped
1 onion, chopped (I used a bunch of green onion instead)
4 cups al-dente cooked pasta
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 In small bowl, beat together eggs and cheese, set aside. 2 In large skillet, fry bacon and onion until meat is browned and crispy. 3 Add pasta, cook until just warmed (about 1 minute). 4 Pour egg-and-cheese mixture into skillet and reduce heat to low. Stir continuously until pasta is coated with eggs and eggs have begun to solidify. 5 Season with salt & pepper & serve. I also sprinkled tobasco sauce on top! YUM! Serves 4 big portions. Good for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Hana Grace had something new for her 10:00 snack this morning. She enjoyed a peanut butter and banana sandwich with a glass of cold milk.
Next time I'll use only 1 slice of bread cut in half. I made her way too much. She did her best to finish it though! She enjoyed dipping her sandwich in her milk - yuck, soggy bread!
I had to take the remaining pieces away from her when she started sticking it in her ears! LOL
Gramps & Nanny, did you notice what she's wearing? Her camo still fits!
I must also add this tidbit of info. Lately we've had some issues with Pop Pop waking up at a decent hour. He's been strolling down for breakfast at about 3 or 4 o'clock every day for the past week. No matter how much discussing and begging, he has clearly been defiant of our pleas. Well, Joe decided to put an end to it all this morning. Victoria, you're going to love this one. Joe waltzed up the stairs with pots and pans, entered Wayne's room and began to bang away. It worked! Wayne is sitting next to me right now while Joe cooks him breakfast using one of those pans! I guess that made Joe feel better. LOL (Are you thinking that there should be plenty of leftovers from our breakfast for him to eat? Well, there is, I just think Joe wants to munch on those later!)

I learned something new today in the zone. Yes I did say ( in the zone )! Don't learn much in the zone.Anyway at wal-mart this morning we bought some bananas and was quickly informed that the biggest item sold in 2008 at wal-mart was bananas. 31 tons of the crap. D.C
Don't pay any attention to Gramps Hana Grace, bananas are good, and good for you! The reason we were informed about bananas at WalMart is because we had bananas in our cart as always. I try to eat one banana a day...and I will now work on Gramps to eat them! I believe your Gramps was ahead of his time about 20 years when he would cook your mom macaroni and cheese omlettes! I bet you were camaflouged in the grass with your sweats on...See you next weekend!
I love you all, nanny
Hey, I am sure many of you know this information but, Elvis loved peanut butter and banana sandwiches. Just alittle tidbit.
From a die hard Elvis fan...
