Still Saturday!

Everyone, meet Charles!

Sadly enough, I haven't even met him yet. We were supposed to go yesterday but they had so much family there they asked if we wouldn't mind waiting until today. Well, today was Joe's company picnic, which was very nice, but Hana fussed the whole way home, I fed her, she slept for a couple of hours, woke up hungry again, so I fed her some veggies, she fussed some more and now we're finally back to normal. In the midst of all this Joe finally got to hit some golf balls. He and Matt met up at the golf course only after Joe got to go see the baby...lucky! I'm going to go in the morning. If Hana's not cooperating Joe will watch her so I can go. I have got to hold this precious baby boy! They say he has red hair, but you'd never know it looking at this picture. Joe texted me this pic from the hospital. He said Charles seems so much smaller than Hana ever was. Well Hana was 8 lbs 6.6 ounces and this little guy was only 7 lbs 1.8 ounces. That's a pretty big difference in baby world! Mom says I was half a pound smaller than Charles. Man, I cannot imagine!

So I don't know if Hana has learned to make a new noise or if she is a little stopped up. She keeps making this weird blowing noise from her nose. I never know with this kid! I'll have to make sure to use her humidifier the next few nights.

This story here is for Dian. I was making baby food in the kitchen the other day and Hana was in her walker just following me around everywhere I went! She's such a big girl now! It made me excited for the day she'll be standing right there next to me without the help of her walker...she'll be able to help me cook! Also, she has now mastered her "D" sounds. Da Da Da. Joe is so happy. She loves to say "Dada!" She's also learning to wave and say "bye bye!" She's getting pretty good at it too! She still doesn't truly know what she's saying, but it's impressive nonetheless! I love the sound of her voice. It's the sweetest thing I've ever heard. It's funny because she babbles so loudly but when she's "talking" it's almost at a whisper. That won't last long!

Hope everyone's having a great weekend!

Check out this story...that poor lady, she must've been enormous!http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080620/ap_on_fe_st/odd_big_twins
