What A Zoo!

We went to the zoo Sunday and we had a GREAT time! I guess Miss Hana was feeling super photogenic because I got some great pics of her.

She loves elephants.

She likes to blow air out of her nose "like elephants do."

She was excited to see real elephants, too.

The giraffes were my favorite by far!

Here they are getting fed by guests. At the bottom of this post are a couple of videos of Hana feeding them.

I love their eyelashes! They're such beautiful animals!

Hana was mesmerized by the cheetahs.

And the lions.

Then it was time to head down the gorilla trail.

We didn't get to see any gorillas at that time, but I did get some more adorable pics of Hana!

We got to go under a waterfall.

Now there's a gorilla!

It was hot, hot, hot so the misting stations were a hit!

Worn out and ready to go home.

One more stop. There's some sort of monkey-type animal in this picture, way, way, way in the back, but I thought this picture of the entire habitat was nice.

Before we left Hana just had to ride the carousel.

But she couldn't decide

what to ride on!

Daddy had to pose with the gorilla.

Then Hana enjoyed some refreshing grapes while Daddy went to get the car for us.
