Playing in the Rain

Playing in the rain!

Just playing in the rain!

What a glorious feeling I'm happy again!

Then it began to thunder and lightning so it was time to head indoors. Lightning. That word really bothers me. I mean, you say "It's thundering and lightning outside" or "Did you see that lightning?" Why is it not thundering and lightninging outside if there is thunder and lightning? I don't know. It's just another one of those things that I over think. Think about it though. Does it sound better in your head if... "Last night it began to rain but there was no thunder or lightning so we continued playing outside. All at once it was thundering and lightninging so bad that we had to go inside." Gotcha thinking, didn't I? Well, you figure it out and I'll just continue to say storming!

But, while I got you thinking, think about this commonly misspoken saying, "I could care less." Really? I mean, if you could care less, then that doesn't really explain how much you don't care now does it? Okay. I'm going to go now. I'm starting to drive myself crazy and I know you couldn't care less about my rambling! LOL

That's my daughter...I love her rambling, and probably made her that way, too. You are welcome Joseph Massey!
