Celebrating the New Year

In 2010 Joe gave up sodas. The only reason for that was just to prove to himself that he could do it. His weakness is Dr. Pepper, so as the year came to a close he thought more and more about that first sip after an entire non-bubbly year. So one of the first things he did in 2011...

And, of course, we had black-eyed peas, pork and cabbage.

Along with other games, we played Wii Just Dance 2 with Josh, Angela and Jennifer until the wee hours of the morning. It was loads of fun, I was very sore the next day, but I've decided to be nice and not share any videos or pictures of us making fools of ourselves shaking our rumps mostly because I only have the pictures and videos I took, so I'm not in any of them. I try to be fair! We had a blast celebrating the New Year and I hope you did too!
