Whether we're in Target, Toys R Us or Wal Mart, if she sees it, she must play with it. "I want the pink puter, Momma!" It's educational and to an almost three-year-old, it looks like a real puter, complete with a mouse. It costs about $30 in most stores, and you know I'm all about the bargain hunt, so I've never purchased it for her.
I recently purchased Hana some fall/winter clothes at Kohl's when they were giving away Kohl's cash, which is basically a free $10 coupon for every $50 you spend. After purchasing clothes for Hana that day, I received one $10 coupon. We had to exchange some shorts for Joe and I realized our Kohl's cash was now able to be used (it's dated) so I decided to let Hana rummage through their toy department and get her something that I will stow away for either her birthday or Christmas.
Guess what she found! Yep, the pink puter. It was on sale already, I had a 15% off coupon and I was able to use my Kohl's cash, so I spent a whopping $10 out of pocket on it. Now that's a bargain and Hana will be super excited to receive it later in the year! I promise I am not paid by Kohl's to endorse them. LOL!

Dang girl you got a good deal. Does Hana know you got it? She is such a lucky young lady to have parents like you and Joe. lucky, lucky, lucky
I'm "that mom" that lets my kid play with toys while we shop, so I let her play with this while we were in the store to make sure she really and truly liked it. But as far as she's concerned, it was put back on the shelf before we left, as most are. She has no idea it's hidden in the closet waiting to be wrapped. ;-)
That's my bargain shoppin' daughter! Lucky Hana, lucky Joe, lucky her!
