Encouragement
As you may have figured out by now, Hana Grace has a, um, big attitude. As I was reading this blog: www.mycharmingkids.net I came across this idea that I have now copied from her (and tweaked just a bit to fit our family's needs) because, well, I thought it was brilliant. We're going to encourage Hana to behave the way we want her to by recognizing it and rewarding it rather than only drawing attention to the poor behavior.

Although I haven't had any children of my own, and I miss that opportunity everyday. However, I am so greatful, and beside myself proud at the parents you and Joe are and becoming with eveyday Hana grows. You two are the bomb diggity. I am amazed by the two of you, kudos to Hana Grace Massey parents...Love you two so much.
