Welcome Home, Alice!

For almost a week now Alice has been missing. I have searched this house up, down and inside out. I even completely (re)organized the playroom, which is something that's needed to be done for quite some time now. I mean, it's gets "cleaned," but that just means things get picked up off the floor and placed randomly in baskets. The search for Alice inspired me to get in there and get things organized! Where, oh, where could Alice be? I was convinced she must have been dropped and left at a store, but I was certain she had not gone to the store with us since the last time I had seen her, which was last Thursday. I had even reached out to others that have spent time with us and Alice recently to see if they remembered the last place they saw her. It was driving me insane. It was not bothering Hana Grace near as much as it was bothering me! LOL Every once in a while she would ask about her, and that would send me into a searching fit. Then it donned on me. Where does Hana like to stuff random things?

Welcome home, Alice! We missed you! Why do I say 'welcome home' you ask? Well, because upon finding Alice, Hana and I had a conversation that went a little something like this...

ME: Look who I found, Hana!
HANA: Alice? Is it Alice, Momma?
ME: Yes! She appears to have been stuffed into your stool. Any idea what she was doing in there? Was she taking a nap?
HANA: No, she went to visit Neeny and Geegaw.
ME: Oh, okay. Well, I guess she's back home now!
HANA: (to Alice) Welcome home, Alice! We missed you!
