HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!

I am blessed to have the world's best daddy! He has taught me so much and I continue to learn from him to this day. He means the world to me and I know that I can always count on him.

I live for his quirky emails and surprise visits. I cherish every time we eat at Golden Corral or share a bucket of fried chicken.

Through him I learned what a real man should be and unknowingly I set out to marry a man just like him. Yes, it's scary how much more Joe becomes like my dad EVERY SINGLE DAY!

(Yes, he is wearing Hana's headband in the picture above. Why? Because she wanted him to!)

It's a running joke now. Joe was once referred to as Joe-Doug, but now he and Josh are simply "The Jougs." And Dad, that's a huge compliment to you! You are the true definition of a husband, father, grandpa and father-in-law. I hope you know how much you are loved by us all!!!

I am also blessed to have the world's best husband! I also learn and have learned so much from him. He is truly my soul mate and I cannot imagine life without him.

He gives me everything I want and more, but isn't afraid to put his foot down when I'm a little nutty. (Which isn't very often at all...LOL) It may be cheesy and cliche, but he truly does complete me.

I've said it a million times and I'll say it again: I knew he was "the one" when I brought him to the lake and he hit it off with everyone. He fit right in with our crazy family without skipping a beat.

I am so grateful to have him in my life, and I thank the Lord for him every single day.

His ability to be such a wonderful father leaves me in awe.

The moment (well, sort of - it had to soak in!) we found out we were pregnant, he went into daddy mode. Hana worships the ground he walks on and I just can't get enough of that.

Hana and I would also like to give a shout out to another couple of VERY IMPORTANT men in our lives. That would be Josh and Brad. The two of you mean so much to us and since there isn't a day to celebrate you, we'll lump it into Father's Day until we can get hold of those people at Hallmark to create a day for you!
