We took Hana Grace to see Santa yesterday. At first she was very excited. After all, we've been looking for Santa Clause for a couple weeks now and she finally found him!
We got there early, so the line wasn't bad at all. We waited about 30 minutes.
30 minutes was a little too long for Hana. By the time it was our turn she wasn't sure about the situation. "Why did you just hand me to this strange man, Mommy?"
It's a good thing (1.) Jenno keeps us stocked up on suckers (2.) Mommy keeps a sucker in the diaper bag for emergencies (3.) Daddy remembered there was a sucker in the diaper bag and (4.) We're not too ashamed to use a sucker to bribe a smile out of our kid!
