I cannot believe it's almost here. I cannot believe Santa is on his way. Yes, I still believe. How can one not believe in the Spirit of Christmas? Hana is also a believer. She is also very excited that Santa is on his way.
Today we are preparing for the good times to be had at our house this year. I am so very excited to have Christmas at our house! Tomorrow we will all gather, exchange gifts, have dinner (which I am cooking!) and create wonderful memories to last a lifetime. As night falls, we will sprinkle reindeer food on the lawn and leave out milk and cookies for Santa to enjoy. Many will slumber here and wake up to Hana's joy when she sees Santa has been here and left her many presents because she has been such a good little girl this year. Christmas Day we will again all gather to create more magical memories. I just can't wait! But then, I don't want to rush it because then it will be all over.
Joyous Christmas cards have been received and hung for display.
I absolutely adore receiving Christmas cards. We were even so lucky as to have received two from the same person this year! That must mean something.
A few gifts have even finally made it under our tree.
The rest are still in hiding and will make it to their final resting place under the tree once Hana Grace is fast asleep tomorrow night. Santa will also make his delivery then, so Hana will make her way down the stairs Christmas morning to find a toy wonderland! How very exciting.
I am so full of Christmas cheer I can hardly contain myself!
I don't know if I'll blog again until Christmas has passed. Maybe I will. Maybe I won't. Who knows! But, if I don't, I would like to wish each and every one of you a very merry Christmas!
