A Bow, A Stool & Daddy's Leg

Yesterday afternoon my Aunt Bicky (aka Victoria) came over to play for a while. We had lots of fun. She even watched me for a bit while Mommy & Daddy ran to the store and up to the place where I take gymnastics. They needed to talk to the lady behind the counter there about my birthday party. Unfortunately I'm not going to be able to have my birthday party there this year, as I had hoped, because they have gymnastics competitions every weekend in November. Boo! Mommy told me not to worry though because she has something even better up her sleeve. Even better? I wonder what it could be?

Before Aunt Bicky came to play, Mommy and I did a little shopping. There are quite a few birthdays this month. I'm going to Josiah's 1st birthday party this afternoon. My friend Anjali's 2nd birthday party is tomorrow. Then Geegaw's birthday is on the 23rd, Neeny's is the 26th and Nana's is the 29th. My Great Uncle Jeff's is also on the 29th and my Granny's was on the 15th! My goodness! I'll really blow your mind and tell you that I've already missed one birthday party this month because I was a little under the weather. Birthdays! Birthdays! Birthdays!

So Mommy and I went shopping for some presents yesterday and we happened to stumble upon this - which I just absolutely had to have.

This is my favorite pose:
And Mommy wanted me to throw this pic in with the mix just 'cause she thinks it's cute.
And I've got attitude in this one:

We also - finally - found a good stool. I love my other one, mostly for tumping (jumping) off of, but this one is big enough that I can actually get on and off the potty by myself, and I can reach really good to wash my hands and brush my teeth!
I really like to sit on it and read my books. It even has a hidden storage compartment that I like to put some of my books in.
Mommy keeps telling me what a big girl I am. I go through the day with little to no accidents in my pull ups and I just talk, talk, talk. This morning I even helped Daddy cook breakfast!

Well, I'm off to start getting ready for Josiah's birthday party - and later Little Charles is coming over! Oh boy!

Hana...I love your headband and bow. It makes you look practically three years old! Let's not rush it though...we are still working on two!
Love you,
