Blueberries

After a long, hot walk this morning we came inside, cooled down and enjoyed a snack of blueberries and raspberries.

While Hana likes raspberries, she loves blueberries. I would give her a handful and as I was putting them back in the fridge she would exclaim "Bair-wees!" I love the fact that she loves blueberries. They are SO healthy!

Not thinking about the repercussions, I continued giving her the bair-wees until her little heart was content. I even just handed her the container, getting rid of the middle man, you know.

This evening I was on the phone with my friend Dawn when Wayne hollered for me to help him. He and Hana were sitting on the couch reading a book. I came in and he opened his hand to show me something black and gooey inside it. Blueberries.

The gooey black "stuff" was also all over the couch. At first I didn't know it was down her leg, I thought it was just leaking from the diaper, so I told her to go into the bathroom.

And guess what. It smelled just like blueberries! LOL I took a picture of the diaper's contents ('cause I'm cool like that), but I'll spare you the gruesome details. You can just use your imagination.

Did I mention we have a house guest?

What can he be thinking?!
