Hana's 15-Month Report Card

weight: 24.14 = 75th-90th percentile
height: 32" = 95th percentile
head: 19" = 97th percentile

Once again Hana Grace received all A+'s! She also got 3 shots today and, as always, was a real trooper. She only cried while being held down. Once she was able to sit up, all was forgotten. Afterwards she even danced for the nurse who gave her the shots! Dr. Nail and both of the nurses she saw were incredibly impressed with how social she is and he was just amazed with her ever-expanding vocabulary. It cracks me up because every time we see him, Dr. Nail will say, "Okay, Mom, we're probably going to have a lot of yelling and crying today. She's not going to like me messing with her." At the same time we hear many kids crying from the other rooms. Hana never cries. She is a bit guarded at first, but then Dr. Nail plays with her and makes her laugh. Then the nurse enters the room and warns me by saying, "She's really going to cry, Mom. She'll probably really fight me too." Hana is always all smiles until it's time for me to hold her down. She'll cry a little, but once she's let up, she's over it! She's such a brave girl!
