Farewell, Christmas!

Well, Christmas has come and gone this year in the blink of an eye. Yesterday we took down the indoor decorations and this morning Joe took down the outside lights. My house feels so much bigger now that the Christmas tree is gone! It feels much bigger and less cluttered! It's the same every year. I just can't wait to decorate! But then, right after all the presents have been opened, I cannot wait to take it all down. I want my house back to normal!

We've had a pretty lazy day today. We haven't done a whole lot. Hana Grace is finishing up lunch right now. Yes, she is having lunch at 3:30 because she too has had a lazy day! LOL She took a three hour nap this afternoon and slept right through her lunch time. As I type, Joe is cooking chicken and dumplings...from scratch...mmmmm! That will be our dinner later on. I hope Hana saved enough room for her first taste of her Daddy's chicken and dumplings! (If not, that means there will be more for me! Just kidding...I think!) He said he's going to make her her very own dumpling the size of her head!

Here are a few videos of us playing earlier. Check out Hana's camouflage sweats, courtesy of Gramps and Grammy! They put a whole new meaning to peekaboo. Where's Hana? I can't see her! She's in camouflage! What a Zoner! =)

All I can say is you get more like your Grandmother and Mother every day. With the Christmas decors and things. Don't get me wrong, that's a good thing. Now with Joe cooking and you doing what you like doing that sounds like you Grandmother Betty Joyce. You're in good company. Luv ya, D.C. drive on
