Halfway Here!

Josh and Angela are halfway here! They are in NM right now on their journey home. Josh told me he was most excited to see the sign that says "Leaving Los Angeles." Bless his heart. He says he's so sick of people, people everywhere! They should be here tomorrow and I'm so excited I can hardly stand it! Hana Grace has something special to wear for them. She'll remember Josh this time since he was here for Turkey Day, but she'll have to get reacquainted with Ang, which shouldn't take much at all.

It was a great weekend. Hana and I went shopping with Jennifer Saturday. I hope we didn't slow her down too much, I have a feeling we might have. We only spent about an hour (at least) in Carter's and then once we got to the mall and did some shopping we stood in line for 45 minuted to see Santa. Yes...SANTA! Hana did so well. She wasn't real sure why I handed her to that hairy old man, but she didn't freak out like I was afraid she might. She gave him "that look." Jenn was sure she would do the weird hand thing toward his beard like she does with Nana's hair, but she didn't. She fussed just a little, but in the midst of the fussing she gave a perfect little smile and the photographer snapped the pic just in time. So our idea for next year? Joe dresses up as Santa out in our front yard and Jennifer takes the pictures. We could make a killing! I would tell all of our friends and all of the neighborhood kids. Do you know how many kids live in this neighborhood? LOL But back to Hana's Santa experience. He was a really good Santa. It was all his own hair and he was just a really sweet old man. I was impressed. So all of you reading this with kiddos, if you haven't seen Santa yet this year I do recommend the one at Stonebriar Mall in Frisco.

Now I'm off to get ready to take on the day. Victoria is coming over shortly and we're going to put together the list and go grocery shopping for the Thanksgiving/Christmas Dinner this weekend with Dad. We're having a special dinner for him since he had to work Thanksgiving Day and also Christmas Eve and Day.

I'll get some pics and videos posted soon, I promise. I know I've been bad!
