Mooove Over, Mommy!

Since today is my baby girl's 1st birthday, it was time to begin the weaning process. As sad as I am, I'm also welcoming my freedom with open arms. As Hana has become more mobile and interested in everything, it has become near impossible to have what I would consider a successful feeding. She is just too busy to sit still! I have wrestled her for the last couple weeks but I have finally reached my goal. I said I was going to nurse her for the first year of her life as recommended by the AAP and now it's time for the next phase. So , while wiping away tears, I will gradually take away the boob as I fill her cup with cow's milk! LOL (pardon my bluntness!)
