Thankful It's Thursday

We don't have much planned today. I was going to go to the store and got all ready to go and walked outside only to find that Joe drove the Explorer today. What's the big deal about that? Well, he finally fixed the car seat situation last night so the car seat is in the Explorer. For some reason he forgot and left me the Accord this morning with no car seat. No worries, if there were an emergency I could put the little car seat in the Accord and it would serve it's purpose, but I'm not going to risk it just to run up to the store to get Wayne some mustard greens. Joe can pick them up on his way home. We're going to be buying a new car seat sooner than we had anticipated, I just know it. It's not that we can't afford one, it's just that we're in the process of moving and I'm trying to put off another expense as long as I can! Those things are not cheap, well, the good ones anyway.

I think I have packed just about everything I can for now and all we need to do for the garage sale is set it up and put out the signs. Today JennEllen is going to bring up a folding table for us to use and she's also going to be bringing a few things for us to sell. I'm getting really excited about the garage sale. I've never had one. I remember years and years ago when I was a little girl my family had a garage sale. The only thing I really remember about it (and this will tell you how long ago it was) Mom decided to sell her John Denver albums and he died like the next day so she was convinced she was somehow responsible for his death. LOL I know Joe is excited, he loves making deals with people so he'll be manning the sale. I'll be on baby duty, so hopefully the weather will be nice enough that Hana can be out there in her play pen.
