It's Official!

We officially own two houses! We signed the papers this morning. We have the house of our current dreams and have fulfilled one of Joe's long time dreams of becoming landlords. YIPPEE! We move out Saturday morning and our tenant moves in Monday. We are truly blessed and are so grateful for all that we have. Now it's only 4 days until the movers arrive. I cannot believe how fast this all happened. Just a month ago we were saying "We're just looking at houses for now to get an idea of what we really want." Just a month ago I told Mom I would love to have a beautiful new home to have Hana Grace's birthday party in. How truly blessed we are! The new house is everything we wanted and more and it couldn't have happened at a better time. We are so excited!
