Teething Bites!

So no earache for Miss Hana Grace. Nope, she's cutting her two top teeth. What did Dr. Nail recommend for cranky nights? Give her Tylenol and leave her alone. He says the pain is waking her up and then separation anxiety takes over. He told me the worst thing I can do is pick her up (I didn't tell him I've been bringing her to bed with me). He said to give her Tylenol before bed and when she wakes up don't immediately run to her, let her cry and see if she eventually goes back to sleep. If not and if it's been long enough, give her more Tylenol. That's about it. Lucky me. She is perfectly healthy, though! I guess Joe and I thought the worst was over as far as teething was concerned. We figured the first teeth had to be the worst. According to Dr. Nail it'll probably get worse as she cuts bigger teeth toward the back of her mouth. I guess the joke's on us, huh? LOL Like I always say, we live and we learn. We'll just take it one day at a time! And as my Daddy would say, "Drive on."
