Rainy August Days?

What in the world is going on? It has been raining for three days straight now! I don't know if it rained the whole time we were gone, but it was raining when we left and when we returned! Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, but what's up with this weather? It makes me think of Angela because she said one of the things she misses most about Texas is the thunderstorms.

Not much has been happening since we returned from California. Hana seems to still be functioning on California time. She's going to bed at her usual time, 9:30-10:00, but she has slept until 9:00 every morning this week! She's probably going through a growth spurt. All of a sudden she'll be about 5 feet tall. LOL

Jennifer sure got Hana some cute outfits. I haven't seen them in person yet, but she emailed pics to me and they are just adorable! I need to go to Kohl's and get her some more clothes. What I really need to do is go through her closet again. I get sad every time I have to do that. She is just growing up way too fast. As I type, she is playing with her Rainforest mat. It's the thing that got her to roll over for the very first time only 4 months ago. Now she uses it to stand up and she holds on to the arches and walks around it. Where does the time go?

Joe ordered her Halloween costume and we received it Monday. I won't give it away, but she looks precious in it! Of course I had to go ahead and put it on her! It's a little big right now, but it'll be perfect for Halloween. We won't be doing any trick-or-treating this year, maybe we'll have a party to attend or we'll host one ourselves or something. At the very least I hope Jennifer will take pictures of Hana in her costume for her very first Halloween!
