An Entry By Hana Grace

Hello, Everyone! It's been a while since I last blogged, sorry about that. I've been so busy eating, sleeping, talking, crawling, playing, and learning to walk. There's not enough time in the day to do all that I want to do. Mommy's trying to get me back on a napping schedule, but I'm fighting it tooth and nail. I don't have time to sleep during the day, that's what nighttime is for.

It's been a great day so far! I woke up at 6:00 this morning and Mommy brought me back to bed with her and Daddy so we could all snuggle. I love weekends because the morning time is always a snuggle fest! Not that Mommy doesn't snuggle with me during the week, because she does, but double snuggles with her and Daddy are like a little piece of heaven. We went back to sleep for a bit after our snuggle session and when I woke up the next time I got to have some milk. Then Mommy made breakfast for everyone - even me! Mommy scrambled an egg yolk for me! I ate a little of it, it was tasty! I also got to have some of Daddy's English muffin, hash browns, banana, and the best of all BACON!!! Oh my goodness, the bacon was delicious! Who needs chicken when there's bacon in the world? I know, I know, Mommy keeps telling me how healthy chicken is and that one day I'll probably love it. But until then, bring on the bacon! (Don't worry, Mommy and Daddy won't feed me too much of it. I don't need clogged arteries at 9 months old!)

The rest of the day sounds pretty fun. We might go eat sushi with Uncle Mark T. (I won't eat any of that crap. Hmm, I wonder if I can get Mommy to bring some bacon for me to eat? Probably not.) But a least I'll get to see Uncle Mark! I also get to see the new house today if I'm awake when we get there. Last time we went I fell asleep in the car and they just left me in the car seat in the living room while they looked at the house. Can you believe that? I didn't even get to look at the place! But Mommy said I helped decide on that house because I slept so well there. She said I must have felt right at home. Mommy and Daddy are meeting their realtor over there to make sure the sprinkler system works. The inspector was not happy to find that a portion of the system down the side of the house did not come on when he tested it, but the sellers said they just had that portion temporarily turned off because their dog hangs out on that side of the house. So we get to go check it out and make sure it's all in good working order. Mommy's really excited to get to see the house again - and we get to go inside!

I also get to pick out a new car seat today! I have officially outgrown my pretty one Uncle Josh and Aunt Angela bought for me. This one's going to be a big girl's car seat! Mommy teared up when she told me about this, but I assured her I'll always be her baby girl.

Well, I better go take a nap now. I think this schedule Mommy's put me on is settling in because I'm tired all of a sudden.
