Good morning! Well, last night was even weirder than the night before. We're going to chalk this one up to teething. We were up until 2:00am with her crying and screaming. Poor little thing! The baby orajel seemed to help a bit, but not enough. I really wanted to just squeeze the entire tube of it in her mouth if it would make her stop hurting. I hate feeling so helpless. But, once again, we got to sleep and she awoke around 7:00am happy as can be! Hopefully that means we'll have a good nap today!
I live for the mornings with this child! Mornings are the absolute best! I was able to catch her on video making her new noise...it's the cutest thing ever!
We've got a big day ahead of us. Wonderful Joe is at the Honda dealership right now for the Accord's scheduled oil change. He didn't make me go, he's the best husband ever! (I just don't think he wanted my bed head seen in public, but that's okay!) When he gets home we start baby proofing! You know, it's a two person job. Or maybe we just bought the cheapest and crappiest latches, but it is definitely a two person job! Then at 5:00pm we have a birthday party for our friends' daughter, Helen, she's turning 2! That should be fun. Hana has a new beautiful dress to wear so obviously I'm excited. We got Helen a Tonka truck; I love that. She likes toys for boys and Dora. So we got her a truck and Dora stickers with a Dora card and put it all in a Dora gift bag. That'll do!
Hopefully when we return from the party Mom and Goofrie will be here. Mom and I are going to Rain: The Beatles Experience tomorrow. That's our Mother's Day gift to one another. How fun! It's going to be awesome! I totally took the idea from JennEllen, she and Dian are going next weekend.
